Returns
Abundant Green Solutions offers a 60 day money back guarantee on all its products. If the product or a part is faulty we will happily provide replacements. However, you must call or email to arrange a return confirmation before you ship the return. This allows us to track your return and make sure you are shipping to the correct address. The easiest way to arrange a return is by email.
Items must be returned in the original packaging in good condition with all parts to receive a refund. Be sure to save your receipt/packing slip in order to verify purchase date.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return products. A refund check will be sent within two weeks of receipt of the returned item, and will be in the amount of the retail price of the product. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges to return products, and shipping charges related to the purchase cannot be refunded.
Retroactive pricing and offers are not allowed. Use of this site or purchase of any product means you agree with the terms. After 60 days, any defects or problems should be directed to the manufacturer. If you need help finding out how to contact a manufacturer for the rain barrel or other product, we would be happy to help.
Hardware is not warranted due to diverse climates. The manufacturer's warranties per product are included with your setup instructions.

Due to our efforts to save all customers money we take extra time to find the cheapest way to ship our products. The changing costs in fuels have forced a better comparison practice thus some orders may not be shipped for 5 days. IF you require a quicker delivery we will try to accommodate. Just email us to let us know your specific needs. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being received. If there is a delay or the product is back ordered you will be notified and have the right to amend or cancel the order.

Bounced Checks
Any check that is returned with no payment will be charged an extra $25.00 to the original balance.
